Registration fees for senior scientists and students include all the symposium material (book of abstracts + book of selected communications), the field tour in St Emilion, the opening ceremony cocktail, 3 lunches and all the coffee pauses, and the Gala dinner in St Emilion.

Accompanying person fees include the tour in St Emilion (probably historical city visit, winery visit) and the Gala dinner.

Oral presentation

Schedule for oral presentation will be very strict. Keynote lectures will be 30 mn long, including questions. Other oral presentations will be 15 mn long, including questions. This means that the presentation should end before (25 or 12 mn) if the authors wants time to answer questions. A timer will be provided. Speakers will be advised few minutes before the end of their presentation about the time. Thank you very much in advance to respect the time.


 All sessions will include poster presentations. Posters will be briefly presented by the convenors during the oral sessions as it is indicated on the program.

Please find here practical information regarding hotels accommodation. There are three possibilities : hotels located in Bordeaux Center, in Gradignan next to the congress venue 'Bordeaux Sciences Agro' and in Villenave d'Ornon, next to INRA/ISVV campus (5mn by car to Bordeaux Sciences Agro). Rates indicated are approximate and promotions may be offered by internet. Participants will have to make their own registration.
