About the Conference Room:
The Seminar will take place in the MGEN building (Mutuelle Générale de l'Education Nationale) located at "3 Square Max Hymans". If you come from "Boulevard de Vaugirard", note that you will have to take the stairs to reach the "square Max Hymans" which is on the roof top of Gare Montparnasse.
The staff in the lobby will drive you towards the lifts to reach the 16th floor.
Follow directions to reach the Room "Plein Ciel"
Note that a cloakroom with secured lockers will be available at this floor.

Lunch and Dinner

  • The lunches (buffet) will be offered by the project CRB-Anim
  • The dinner (Feb 9th) will be organized by the project. The members of the International Advisory Board are invited. Any other participant have to precise during the registration his participation to this diner. The dinner will start at 20 in a French Restaurant : "Le Petit Sommelier". See location below.
