Registration fees

To organize your travel, here are the prices of registration fees:

  • student registration fees are 162€ (including VAT).
  • other people registration fees are 234€ (including VAT).

These prices include coffee breaks and 2 lunches (Wednesday the 10th and  Thursday the 11th).

Registration for the gala dinner is closed.

From Wednesday the 29th of April, only the payment by credit card is possible.

Accomodation

Please note that each participant will be in charge of making his/her own reservation.

Montpellier being a very pleasant city at this time of year, we strongly recommend early booking.

Abstract submission

Submission of abstracts for talks and poster is warmly encouraged.

During the submission process you will have to indicate:

- wether you would like to give an oral presentation (depending on time slots availability, subject to selection by the scientific comittee);

- which session you consider the most relevant (may be modified by the scientific comittee).

Guidelines for abstracts

- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

- Authors and institutions should follow the format of Maydica, see http://www.maydica.org/instructions.html, as an example:
