Each lab/group will have the opportunity to give a talk and can present as many posters as participants.

Instructions pour les orateurs

Les présentations orales dureront 15 minutes (à respecter scrupuleusement), suivies de 5 minutes d’échanges avec l’auditoire.

Les intervenants auront à disposition un ordinateur fonctionnant sous Windows 7 (disposant de Microsoft Office Pro 2013, et Acrobat Reader DC11) et un ordinateur fonctionnant sous Mac OS X Yosemite (disposant de Microsoft Office 2011).

Les présentations devront avoir été transmises au personnel présent dans la salle au plus tard 30 minutes avant le début des sessions respectives.
Les orateurs sont priés de se présenter aux modérateurs 15 minutes avant le début de la session.

La langue d'expression recommandée est l'anglais.

Les poster seront affichés sur des panneaux pendant toute la durée du congrès.
Le panneau permet d'afficher un poster format A0 en orientation portrait (84,1 cm de large x 118,9 cm de haut).
