Innovative and eco-sustainable processing and packaging for safe, high quality and healthy organic berry products

In the framework of the project EcoBerries, a session will be held Wednesday 6 April 2015 at 15h30 at the University of Avignon and the Vaucluse.This conference will be held in english.

Aim of the project

To develop innovative, sustainable processing and packaging solutions to boost the manufacturing of safe and nutritious organic berry  products.

Main activities:

  • Identify processing solutions to enhance the safety and overall quality and nutritional value of organic berries and products
  • Adaption of traditional processing methods to organic requirements
  • Use of innovative packaging technologies
  • Development of new sustainable processing schemes
  • Dissemination and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders
