Important information :

  • One-day registration is not available.
  • The registration fee provides full participation at the conference including
    • registration and conference materials, 
    • morning and afternoon coffee breaks
    • lunches Tuesday through Thursday, 
    • poster Session Tuesday,

    • technical tour on Thursday afternoon (Visit of a nursery and apple orchards in Angers surrounding).
  • The fees do not include the hotel.

Post tour (optional)

  • Angers: Friday 24 June
    Special rate: 90€ per person
    • In the morning: visit of the INRA-IRHS lab: presentation of the programs developed on rose and fruits.
      Visit of the largest Abbey in Europe, lunch in a sumptuous castle near Tours
    • In the late afternoon: visit of the regional experimental station of la Morinière (sustainable control of diseases in orchards, variety testing trials, postharvest facilities,...).

           Day trip (included lunch, visits Post tours and coach transport) without the week-end In Bordeaux

   

  • Bordeaux3: Friday 24 June (day trip in Angers) + Saturday 25 + Sunday 26 June
    Special rate: 545€ per person
    (Technical and touristic tour, 2 lunchs, 2 nights: 24 and 25 June, dinner included : 25 June and free dinner: 24 June) | End of the tour at 2 PM

Cancellation policy :

  • Cancellation must be notified by e-mail at rgc8@angers2016.com
  • Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:
    • For cancellation received by April 29th, 2016: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fees of 50 € will be imposed.
    • For cancellation received from April 29th, 2016 to May 17th, 2016: 50% of full registration fee will be refunded.
    • For cancellation received after May 17th, 2016: No refund will be provided.
  • If you do not attend the conference without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
  • If you are unable to attend, you can be replaced by another person. Requests for replacements will be accepted by e-mail only at rgc8@angers2016.com

Each request must include the name of the person registered and his replacement
