How to register?

Registration can be submitted by completing the online form : "SOL 2015 Registration"

Registration must be completed by July 15, 2015 to incur the early bird rates. After this date the rates will increase as per shown in the table below.

Student : up to PhD students.
Students should forward proof of a full time graduate student. A photocopy of your valid student ID must be provided for registration by mail at SOL2015.

Excursion fees

Fees for the excursion in Saint Emilion are not included in the cost of registration. If you want to participate to the excursion, fees must be paid by CB at the time of registration.

Non INRA members: Online payment only by credit card CB, Visa, Mastercard, or by Bank transfert (Please note the number of your order form).

INRA members (including students): Payment only by purchase order in the order of “INRA – SOL2015- Unité BFP” (code number supplier S2i = 147281). Excursion and accompagnying person fees must be paid separately by credit card.

Registrants receive an email generated by the conference registration system to confirm the online registration. Payment must accompany your registration form.

  • Each participant must register individually,
  • Registration fees must be paid (including the cost of excursion if selected) before the beginning of the conference,
  • Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged,
  • Registration cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be possible after registration and payment. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person until September 30, 2015 without incurring any cost penalty. In this case, the conference secretariat must be advised by mail at SOL2015,
  • The conference fees will be charged regardless of the length of time that a conferee attends a conference. The conference fees cannot be prorata adapted under any circumstances,
  • Registration fees include access to the scientific sessions including the keynote lecture, lunches and coffee breaks, poster sessions (one session with wine tasting), the gala dinner and the welcome reception,
  • Only registered conferees may attend meetings. Guests (accompanying persons) cannot attend scientific sessions,
  • Students who have not forwarded the respective proof of category will have their enrollment obstructed until the presentation of the required documentary. Proof needs to be sent to Dominique Calvi by mail SOL2015.


  • The conference will be limited to 350 people,
  • The registration fees do not include the accommodation. Proceed to your accommodation booking through the accommodation section,
  • Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance as the organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.
