  • Participants are encouraged to propose oral communications. An abstract has to be submitted to the scientific comittee : from 24 April 2017.
  • The number of participants being limited, registration (regular fees or subsidized) is subjected to the approval of the scientific comittee. The answer will be given in about two weeks following the demand.
  • Deadline for registration: WEDNESDAY 26 July 2017
  • Deadline for submission of oral communications : Friday 28 July
  • Final program: august 2017
  • Decision of the Scientific Committee for oral communication: end July 2017

To submit an abstract :

  • Abstracts should contain a title, and the names of the authors. The name of the speaker should be underlined.  
  • Only pdf file are accepted.
  • Abstracts should be up to 400 words long.

  • Special diets must be filled during registration (such as: pork-free, vegetarian, allergies) and must be submitted no later than Friday, July 26rd.
  • Registration is effective after payment (deadline of settlement: Monday, July 31).

Important information :

  • Registration (unsubsidized or subsidized package) is subject to the approval of the organizing committee.
  • The arrival and departure must be filled in the registration form. Dinner on Sunday, September 3 is a cold buffet (self-service) from 19:30 to 21:00.
  • Cancellation conditions:
    * No refund if you cancel one month before the event, or if you are unable to attend the conference.
    * 10% penalty will be applied in case of request for reimbursement for cancellations up to 1 month before the start of the event.
  • NOT INCLUDED : phone calls, personal expenses or costs related to the loss of keys.
  • Double rooms are shared by two participants in the Symposium (you can send us your preferenced roommate).
  • Payment methods online : bank transfer, and order. Order forms must be sent to and and bank transfers made directly to the provider "Villa Clythia", according to the instructions sent by mail.
